Using the isofix connection in your car designed and patented by Britax and Golf is aesthetically designed to sit beautifully in any car, the b-first ifix has a closed protective shell design featuring ISOFIX compatibility and Advanced Side Impact Cushion Technology (SICT) protection. It is of ultra-soft fabric to provide a comfortable car journey for your little one. 

Incorporating the liquid barre technology Nanotex, spills bead up and roll off your seat without compromising on its look, feel or comfort.

The Isofix child seat mounting system, which creates a solid connection between the child seat and the vehicle, was introduced in 1997, after development carried out by Britax- and Volkswagen. The ifix uses this technology. ISOFIX installation is an alternative method to traditional seatbelt installation.

ADVANCED SIDE IMPACT CUSHION TECHNOLOGY (SICT)

ISOFLEX latch connectors allow for installation to vehicles with ISOFIX low anchorages. ISOFIX installation is an alternative method to traditional seatbelt installation.

REARWARD FACING LEVEL INDICATOR
Visual level indicator designed to aid correct rearward installation angles. Full or partially visible, the level indicator offers you an optimal range during installation.

PROTECTIVE SHELL
The enclosed shell design provides enhanced shielding to ensure the child is contained within the protective elements of the child seat. A protective barrier between the child and the vehicle.

VENTILATION ZONES
Located in the rear interior and exterior of the seat, the zones offer improved airflow and increased comfort to your child in rearward facing.

INTEGRATED COLOURED BELT PATHS
Clear, obvious coloured visual belt paths for easier-to-guide correct seat belt installation.

IMPROVED HARNESS ADJUSTER
To assist in the prevention of child access, the harness adjuster button is now lower and inset.

The frontal easy adjust headrest can be height adjusted without uninstalling the seat.

FLEXI INFANT COMFORT INSERT™
This cushion includes EVA composite material that provides support and protection for a small baby. Detachable wings making this cushion flexible for longer use as a seat protector or cushion pad. Remove as required.

BRITAX Safe-n-Sound Warranty

Safe-n-Sound products are covered by this company warranty against faulty materials and workmanship (normal wear and tear excluded) that affects the normal operation of your Safe-n-Sound product. In the unlikely event that you find that your Safe-n-Sound product does not satisfy this warranty, Britax will (at its option) repair or replace that product within a reasonable period of you making a claim in accordance with this policy.

In the event that a replacement product is no longer available, Britax reserves the right to provide what it considers to be a suitable alternative.

For this company warranty to apply, you must make an application before the expiration of the following periods from the date of purchase*:

• 5 years on Safe-n-Sound car seat moulding, harness and fittings;
• 2 years on softgoods supplied with your Safe-n-Sound car seat at the time of purchase (including accessories); and
• 1 year on Safe-n-Sound accessories supplied after you purchase your Safe-n-Sound car seat.

This company warranty does not apply to second hand or aftermarket goods or goods used for rental, hire or other commercial purposes or to any claim where the damage or fault is, in whole or part, the result of incorrect installation, mistreatment, intentional damage, any use other than use in normal conditions or any use otherwise than in accordance with the instruction manual for that product.

BRITAX Safe-n-Sound Extended Warranty

You can extend the term of the Safe-n-Sound General Warranty by registering your Safe-n-Sound product (within 60 days of your purchase) with Britax online at https://www.britax.com.au/service-support/product-registration/.

Once you have registered your purchase with us, your extended warranty includes an additional 5 years on Safe-n-Sound car seat moulding, harness and fittings (10 years in total).

If your Safe-n-Sound car seat features Thermo5™**, you will receive an additional 3 years warranty on soft goods (5 years in total).
